How often are the sessions?
There are 2 weekly sessions. The 1st session (60 minutes) is to get you started, the 2nd session (90 minutes) is to talk about what you've found or run into.

Is this some kind of therapy?

The Alchemy of Power Writing can't change the way your brain works. But it can show you how to make best use of your unique gifts in the way you express yourself. You'll also find out how tools can help you write.
Is this only for women?
Nope. Actualy, I originally set up this program for women, but in the 1st round, Wietse joined and he fitted in perfectly. But having said that, if you are a man you need to be happy fitting in with and learning from a group of women. If we haven't worked together before, please get in touch, so we can make sure this is for you.
I'm not sure I can be as open if there's a man in the group. How will this work?
My MOST IMPORTANT TASK is to create a safe space for you to share. That's why the group is max 12 people, who are mostly and maybe all women. And believe me, I will remove anyone, of whatever gender, who doesn't add to the safety and depth of the group.
